Meal Planning Sheet

The purpose of the meal planning sheet is to take the math out of recipes you have or meals you are planning. By putting in the amount (in grams) of carbohydrate, fiber, protein, and fat in the foods you are eating at that meal, it will show you how close you are to having a certain number of blocks (bottom row). The idea is to have those 3 numbers match – then the meal is balanced.

Fill in this form with all the ingredients you are planning to use in your next meal. When you hit the Compute Blocks button, the form will calculate how many CPF blocks are in the ingredients. The example shown is a 3-block breakfast I eat a few times a week.
